Big Announcement

Kipton has some big news!

This is a short, but important post!   Kipton is going to be a big brother!   Pregnancy posts/photos/details to come later....but I do have to share one story.

On the way home with Matt one evening, Kipton was riding in his car seat, singing a long to Zack Brown (as he always does in daddy's truck) and he all of the sudden said:  "Mommy has a baby."  Matt of course was surprised because we had not said anything to anyone, even Kipton about me being pregnant.  Matt was curious and said "do what buddy?"   And Kipton once again replied, "Mommy has a baby. . . a blue baby."  So after that comment, we are convinced Kipton is having a baby brother.  We shall see.  :)

Wintertime

Winter Activities

Let it Snow . . . in February!

The winter months of January & February were filled will all types of excitement including your first snow encounter.  :)    Some call it the snowpocalypse because Huntsville was out of commission for a few days, but that's no surprise since we live in the South.  :)

Here are some other new/favorite things you've been up to these past few months:

-You can now ride a tricycle on your own!  Only inside the house on the hardwoods though.  Too much traction and you need a little help.
-One of your favorite movies is Jungle Book (no shocker there), but your favorite saying from the movie is from the Elephant March section.  You say "hup, 2-3-4, for the nup!!"  It's very cute.  :)
-You are also obsessed with Dumbo and love to say "Heave ho, let's go", which translates in your language to "Peave po, peave po"
-You like you wear your cowboy hat at the farm and ride your horse
-Other typical sayings now-a-days:
"I'm a big boy, not a baby"
"Oh boy!"
"Aww man"
"that's the daddy" (this describes every male figure in movies/books)
"I strwong!"
"Don't step on my tiger/blanky mommy!"
"Just for a minute"  (obviously this is used in times of bribery)
"We had a big day!"
"Sure!"
No thank you, which is pronounced:  "No nank you."
"What I got??"
"Hey, what-choo doin daddy!!??"
"Why'd I do that?"

Your favorite foods are still hotdogs, pizza, chicken nuggets and fries, cookies, goldfish.   All the typical toddler feasts.

Your a growing boy and learning new things everyday!
