This summer was full of fun times. Since this was my last summer as a 1 child mommy, I wanted to soak up every bit of time I had with Kipton. We were able to take so many fun trips and outings together. The first day of summer we went to build a bear with Mollie and made a puppy dog. We also attempted potty training, which didn't go so well at first but we're working on it. We took the usual trips to Early Works museum which you call the fishing place. We went to the train depot where you love to ride on the fire truck and spray out the fire. We had a new tradition this summer with Mollie where we went to the library every Monday for story and music time. You absolutely LOVED the library because you got to sing songs, pick out new books, play on the computer, and all kinds of fun things. We also went to chick-fil-a at least twice a week with Mollie and Christine for playdates. You favorite of course was the ice cream after every meal and playing on the castle. We also went to a couple places this summer that had bouncy slides, air hockey tables, pirate ships, and all kinds of kid friendly things.
We had a lot of fun swimming in our pool this year, catching fireflies, fishing in the pond with daddy, painting, and playing outside on the neighborhood friendly swing set that they so graciously let us play on. :)
Big trips that we took this year besides the beach were a trip to the Atlanta aquarium and a braves game. This year the braves game was a lot of fun because you are REALLY interested in baseball and are fascinated by Craig. Also, the aquarium was a lot of fun because you haven't been there in 2 years, so since then you have watched Finding Nemo and loved to point out all the animals in the movie.
Fun things you are doing/saying:

-Shaking hands and saying "nice to meet you mommy!"

-Whenever we ask you to do something your response is normally "Oh oohhkay"
-You have told me many times: "Mommy, I'm gonna give you a whipping"
-When asked where daddy is: "Daddy's workin at his job"
-You love to hide under the covers every night, make a tent, and play hide and seek before bed
-Obsessed with the movie Monsters University, Robin Hood, and Pooh's Heffalump Movie
-"This feels nice!" (Talking about pool) and really enjoys swimming now
-Love to help water flowers
-Talk about baby kaden and getting him out of mommys belly (through the belly button)
-Love to play hide and seek
-Started potty training first week of June
-"Your a coffee cat!" this is supposed to translate to a copy cat
-Love listening to zac brown band in the car with daddy and can actually sing some of it "shaking off the miles, and tryin to get back home"
-You can't make up your mind if you want to use your left or right hand to throw a ball of shoot a basketball, but normally your a lefty
-Love saying your prayers and always want to pray for Pawpaw and Grammy, uncle Brett, uncle Cody, and many other people/things. One prayer was very sweet when you said "I love mommy and daddy and mommy...I love kaden too"
-Love to paint and draw and once said "Let's draw a ceoooww"
-While in our hotel in Atlanta, you used the phone to call Craig and ask what he was doing
-You Love your pidow (aka pillow)
-Told Daddy one night before going to sleep: "You don't get out of bed daddy until mommy comes and gets you"
-Getting very good at pouting and putting in a show when you don't get what you want
-love to ride the bull every night on the bed with daddy: "ok boys ok boys!!" "Eeeasy bull"
-also love to play football with your football helmet, which is daddy's straw hat. You hike the ball by saying "blue 42, red 18, hut hut!"
-When asked what you want to be when you grow up: bull rider/cowboy, baseball man, and a firefighter
-loves listening to cd with the wiggles on it. Favorite song: the ponies
